I. General Information.

  1.   2. The service performs the function of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways: a. Through information entered voluntarily in forms. b. By saving cookie files (so-called „cookies”) in end-user devices. c. By collecting web server logs by the hosting operator cyberfolks, operating at

II. Information in forms.

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  2. The service may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. Data in the form is not shared with third parties other than with the consent of the user.
  4. Data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential customers, registered by the Service Operator in the register kept by the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data.
  5. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, e.g., for commercial contact.

III. Information about cookies.

  1. The service uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s end device and are intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes: a. creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content; b. determining the user profile to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.
  5. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: „session” (session cookies) and „permanent” (persistent cookies). „Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website, or disabling the software (web browser). „Permanent” cookies are stored in the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookies’ parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. Web browsing software (web browser) usually by default allows the storage of cookies in the User’s end device. Service Users can change the settings in this area.   8. Cookies placed in the Service User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.

  1. Information about some user behaviors is subject to logging in at the server level. This data is used exclusively to administer the service and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.
  2. The resources viewed are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded: a. the time of arrival of the request, b. the time of sending the response, c. the name of the client’s station – identification carried out by the HTTPS protocol, d. information about errors that occurred during the HTTPS transaction, e. the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the transition to the Service occurred through a link, f. information about the user’s browser, g. Information about the IP address.
  3. The above data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages.
  4. The above data is used only for the purposes of administering the server.

V. Data sharing.

  1. Data is made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law.
  2. Data that allows the identification of a physical person is shared only with the consent of that person.
  3. The operator may be required to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies based on lawful requests to the extent resulting from the request.
